Jason founded AccuSolar on October 28, 2019, with a vision to build a leading floating solar company capable of serving utility, commercial, and industrial markets. As Founder and CEO, he oversees the company’s strategy and day-to-day operations across engineering, production, and sales and marketing. A graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Business, Jason also serves as Co-Owner of AccuDock, bringing a unique cross-industry perspective to his leadership. His focus on strategic growth, market development, and operational execution continues to shape AccuSolar’s success.

As AccuSolar’s Vice President of Operations, Trish brings over 28 years of experience in operations management and organizational leadership. Since AccuSolar’s inception, she has been a driving force behind the company’s operational strategy and execution. Concurrently serving as Vice President of Operations at AccuDock for over 13 years, Trish has demonstrated a proven ability to build and streamline operations across growing organizations. Her deep expertise and steady leadership make her an integral part of AccuSolar’s foundation and continued success.

As AccuSolar’s Chief Technology and Business Development Officer, Tom brings over 40 years of experience in business, technology product development, and entrepreneurship across the healthcare, government security, and renewable energy sectors. A holder of multiple patents and an MBA from Case Western Reserve, Tom is a U.S. Army veteran.  He has spent the last five years focused on floating solar systems and is widely regarded as a subject matter expert in the field. Tom currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Westcliff University, teaching courses in entrepreneurship and renewable energy.

As AccuSolar’s Vice President of Sales and Developer Relations, George brings over 35 years of experience in sales, business development, and renewable energy. He has held progressive leadership roles across the solar industry, building deep expertise in project development, regional sales, and strategic partnerships with both commercial and utility-scale clients. George’s extensive industry knowledge and well-established network of developer relationships make him a driving force behind AccuSolar’s sales growth and market expansion.

As Vice President of Growth Strategy at AccuSolar, Laurel brings over 20 years of experience spanning clean energy, federal government, and management consulting. Previously a Project Officer at the U.S. Department of Energy and a financial and operations leader within the National Park Service, Laurel has a proven track record managing complex portfolios, public-private partnerships, and cross-functional teams. Her early career experience at Accenture, the Federal Reserve, and National Geographic grounds a uniquely broad perspective in both strategy and execution.

Concurrently serving as Vice President of Marketing at AccuDock for over 11 years, Rebecca has demonstrated a consistent ability to build and grow brands from the ground up. Her holistic approach to marketing and keen eye for brand storytelling continue to elevate AccuSolar’s visibility and position in the renewable energy market.

Prior to AccuSolar, she served as an Operations Manager at Galuppi’s, building a strong foundation in digital strategy and brand presence. During her first two years at AccuSolar, she also held a concurrent role as a Marketing Coordinator at AccuDock, further expanding her marketing expertise. Michelle’s blend of creative and technical marketing skills makes her an invaluable asset to AccuSolar’s growing marketing efforts.

Megan’s deep expertise in sustainable energy procurement and her track record of building lasting client relationships make her a vital force in expanding AccuSolar’s market presence.
