Our background in structural aluminum, buoyancy, marine environments, anchoring, gangways, and floating access systems provides a strong foundation for designing floating solar systems intended for long-term deployment on the water.
U.S. Manufacturing & Scalable Production
AccuSolar floating solar platforms are manufactured at our 67,000-square-foot facility in Pompano Beach, Florida. In-house manufacturing gives our partners greater visibility into production, quality control, engineering changes, scheduling, and long-term component availability while supporting domestic-content objectives.
Adaptable Floating Solar Technology
Rather than relying on a fixed molded platform, AccuSolar utilizes a structural aluminum architecture that can be configured around different module sizes, racking systems, array layouts, and project requirements. This gives developers and EPCs greater flexibility as projects evolve from preliminary concepts into final engineered systems.
Technical Support Throughout the Project
Floating solar introduces considerations that are not typically encountered on a ground-mounted project, including buoyancy, bathymetry, water-level variation, wind and wave exposure, mooring, anchoring, and water-based installation. AccuSolar helps bridge that knowledge gap so our partners can focus on the development, electrical, civil, and construction capabilities they already do well.

How the Partnership Works
| Identify & Qualify | Our team works with landowners, municipalities, developers and EPCs to evaluate potential water bodies, project objectives, available site information, environmental conditions, and other early indicators of floating solar feasibility. |
| Preliminary Design | AccuSolar can support preliminary array layouts, system configurations, conceptual anchoring approaches, and budgetary pricing to help determine whether a project should advance. |
| Engineering | As the project progresses, we coordinate with the project team and engineering partners on structural design, loading criteria, anchoring and mooring requirements, access systems, equipment integration, permitting documentation, and other site-specific requirements. AccuSolar uses third party Tetra Tech for independent review and Sign & Seal. |
| Manufacturing | AccuSolar manufactures the floating platform and related components while coordinating production schedules, logistics, project documentation, and delivery requirements with the EPC and project team. |
| Installation Support | We provide installation procedures, training, technical guidance, and field support to help qualified contractors efficiently assemble and deploy the system. |
| Long-Term Support | Our modular, serviceable system architecture and domestic manufacturing capabilities allow AccuSolar to support replacement components, system modifications, and long-term asset management throughout the project lifecycle. |
